The investment was part of HAYVN’s Series A funding round, which was led by Red Acre Ventures and Hilbert Group. The transaction amount for Hilbert Group is $1 million, and the deal will be cash settled.

Bolagets B-aktier kommer handlas under kortnamnet ”HILB B” med ISIN-kod SE0016278154 och teckningsoptionen av serie TO1 kommer att handlas under kortnamnet “HILB TO1” med ISIN-kod SE0016798300. Första dag för handel är den 27 oktober 2021.
